IT'S A REST DAY (OR YOU CAN WALK FOR 20 MINUTES): Let your body, not your mind, tell you what to do today. If you're feeling good but you're trying to find excuses not to walk, don't let yourself get away with that! On the other hand, if you're not feeling so hot, don't let your brain convince you that you "should" walk. Go by how you truly feel physically.
