Day 011 - Walk breaks are OK

RUN/WALK FOR 1.5 MILES: Back out for another run/walk. As we keep saying, you can ALWAYS run/walk; you never have to run the whole distance unless you really feel ready to. When you're ready, you'll know! And even if you're not ready to run the whole thing, you'll probably start noticing that you can run for longer and longer stretches before you need a walk break.
