REST OR TAKE A 15-MINUTE WALK: Let your body tell you what to do today. If you're tired, run down, or catching a cold, rest might be your best bet. If you're feeling good, take a 15-minute walk. These optional walks, like your runs, will get a little longer as the program goes on.
