TODAY IS A REST DAY. As a runner or walker, you are most susceptible to overuse injuries of the legs and feet, caused by the repetitive stress of coming in contact with the ground. Running on soft surfaces, gradually increasing your training volume and good shoes will go a long way toward keeping you injury free.
