Day 016 - Hydration

30-minute Overdistance (OD) run at level 1 intensity. Level 1 intensity = 60-70% of your max. heart rate.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, DO AN OVERDISTANCE (OD) RUN FOR 30 MINUTES AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. Make sure you are getting enough fluids in before, during and after your training sessions. Don't rely on thirst to determine when to drink. By the time you are thirsty, you are usually on your way to being dehydrated. Use the guidelines in advanced training books for endurance athletes.
