IT'S AN R&R DAY: Do an easy run today. There's no specified distance -- do whatever feels easy to you, and don't get over-ambitious and go too long! The idea today is to use your running muscles, but in a low-impact way. Easy runs are best done on dirt or grass, which helps your legs to recover.
