Day 034 - Up the hill again

Run 8-10 1-minute hill repeats        Training via ActiveMail

RUN 8-10 ONE-MINUTE HILL REPEATS: Today, use a hill with an 8% grade. Warm up, then run a strong effort up the hill for one minute. Walk down and repeat for a total of 8-10 hills. You can do this workout on a treadmill too; just set the elevation to zero between "hills."
