Day 030 - Carry some water

RUN 10 MILES ON A ROUTE WITH HILLS: Be sure to hydrate on long runs. Bring a water bottle with you -- if you don't want to carry it in your hand, get a belt designed to hold a bottle or two. If your 10 miles takes longer than 90 minutes, also bring an energy gel (PowerGel, Gu, etc.).
