Day 030 - More mile repeats

3 1-mile repeats        Training via ActiveMail

DO THREE ONE-MILE REPEATS: Jog and stretch to warm up. Then run three one-mile repeats at your goal 12k pace. Do a three-minute jog after each repeat to rest and recover. You can do these mile repeats on a measured bike path ? it'll be much more fun than going around the track.
