Day 022 - Three weeks to go!

IT'S A REST DAY: Counting down, we have three more weeks of workouts in this 12K program! Today, take the day off. Get a massage, take a sauna, go out to breakfast! Or, if you MUST do something running-related, find a moderate hill with a 6-8% grade that will take you two minutes to run up. You'll use it in tomorrow's workout.
