Day 010 - Three choices today

R&R: Rest, run + weights, or cross-train + weights        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY IS A DAY FOR R&R: DO 40 MINUTES OF CROSS-TRAINING OR EASY RUNNING, PLUS WEIGHTS: Listen to your body today. If you're still tired from yesterday, take today off and rest. If you're just a little sore, cross-train for 40 minutes and lift weights. If you're feeling great, run at an easy pace for 40 minutes and lift weights.
