IT'S A REST DAY: We have five more weeks in this training program! For today, just rest. Remember to consider "rest" as "training", not as a day off. Rest makes you a better runner by allowing your muscles to build back up. But if you really feel driven to do something, you can use today to scout out a hill that has about a 6% grade and that will take about one minute to run up. Since today is a rest day, don't actually run or even walk up this hill; just make your best guess. Don't worry; you'll use this hill in your workout tomorrow.
