TODAY, RUN FOR 30 MINUTES AT 70% MHR: If you're more than 7 pounds over the ideal weight for your height, you'll benefit greatly from this training program (or any other ongoing fitness program). Moreover, you will probably see dramatic improvements relatively quickly. In contrast, while a person who is already at the ideal body weight will find it easier to run the necessary miles, the physical changes will be less perceptible.
