Day 040 - Review your lifting technique

RUN FIVE TO SIX MILES EASY AND LIFT WEIGHTS: When you started this program, did you work with a personal trainer or gym staff person to help you set up your weight-lifting routine? If so, it might be a good time for a review session. It's always nice to meet with your trainer once more after you've been working out on your own for awhile, to learn some new exercises and make sure you haven't developed any bad technique habits.
