MAKE TODAY A REST DAY: Okay, we know what you're thinking: "All this other stuff is well and good, but how do I lose weight?" We promised to address that issue in Week 10, so since you've stuck with us, you'll be rewarded. Basically, if you stay with your training and follow the nutritional guidelines we suggested in Week 5, including letting your body tell you what kind of food it needs, the issue will probably take care of itself. However, we'll go into a little more detail during the rest of this week.
