MAKE TODAY A REST DAY: This week we'll continue the discussion of running form and technique. The most useful tool you can incorporate in your training program is one of the most difficult for the new runner to apprehend: relaxation. (To be continued tomorrow!) Padding around the house on your rest day in a pair of running sandals is a great way to help relax the muscles in your feet that take such a beating when you're running.
