TODAY IS YOUR LONG RUN: RUN FOR 60 MINUTES AT 60% MHR: As we said yesterday, running style tends to deteriorate toward the end of the run. One way to check for and correct this is to structure your long runs to go through a downtown area near the end. You can then check your style by glancing at your reflection in store windows.
