TODAY, RUN FOR 30 MINUTES AT 60% MHR: In the next 2 days we'll give specific style tips for you to keep in mind during your next track workout. The track is the prime area for practicing good style (that is, for practicing a good running style that works for YOU). The track is a perfectly measured, flat course. There are no cars to dodge and no radically canted roadsides to work against you. Also, if you pick the right time of day, there are few disruptions.
