TODAY, RUN FOR 25 MINUTES AT 60% MHR: The "perfect" running style is different for everyone because it should accommodate an individual's unique biomechanics. A person who is bow-legged will have a style that is radically different from a person who is not. A tall runner with long legs will have a different style from one with short legs.
