MAKE TODAY A REST DAY: This is the 8th week of your training program. Now that you have at least 7 weeks of running under your belt, we'll talk a bit about running form and technique. First of all, there is no such thing as an ideal running style. (If there was one "right" way to do it, we'd have shared it with you 7 weeks ago!) This is true even for the elite athletes. Frank Shorter and Abebe Bikila had what we consider classic running styles, while Emil Zatopek's was once described as looking like "a man who has just been stabbed through the heart."
