8-10 x 400-meter repeats

TODAY, RUN 8-10 400-METER REPEATS: Be sure to warm up well and stretch. Then run 8-10 400-meter repeats faster than your 5K pace. Recover for 200 meters (1/2 lap) between each interval. Jog to cool down when you're finished.
