Day 045 - Easy R&R

R&R: Run or cross-train        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY IS A DAY FOR R&R: Take an easy 30-minute run or cross-train 30 minutes. You won't be doing any more leg weights before the race. You can do upper-body weights today, but only if you're feeling great. If you're tired, don't do them today either. In general, whenever you're feeling extra tired or sore, take an extra rest day.
