TODAY, RUN 8 1-MINUTE HILL REPEATS: Warm up, then run up an 8% grade for 1 minute. Yes, 8% is a steep hill, so pump your arms to help you get to the top. Walk slowly to the bottom after each repeat. Do a total of 8 hill repeats. Be sure to cool down after the last one.
