Day 029 - Sports drinks

TODAY, RUN 9 MILES: First warm up, then run 7 of these 9 miles at your half-marathon goal pace. Find out what sports drink will be served at your marathon. Test it out on a practice run. Hydration is critical in "the half" -- you'll need to drink at every aid station, and you want to confirm in advance that the sports drink you'll be given agrees with you.
