Day 027 - Hard and easy: both necessary!

MAKE TODAY A REST DAY: Hard and easy training are EQUALLY important. If all you do is stress your body, you'll injure yourself. On the other hand, if all you do is take it easy, you'll see no improvement. A great way to be sure you're not overdoing (or underdoing) it in a given workout is to be sure you're in the correct heart zone.
