CROSS-TRAIN AND CORE STRENGTH: Counting down, there are just three more weeks until your goal 12K, including this one! Swimming is a great cross-training workout. It lets you get in some exercise while your leg muscles recover. Try to work up to 100 reps of core strength today. Do 75 reps of abs, and 25 reps of back extensions.
