Day 018 - Four days a week
Cross-train easy or easy run, + core strength

CROSS-TRAIN EASY FOR 30-40 MINUTES, OR RUN EASY FOR 30 MINUTES; THEN DO CORE STRENGTH: Four days of running a week is plenty! And we already have four runs scheduled for this week, not counting today. But if you really feel like running today too, you can run easy instead of cross-training. Don't run any longer than 30 minutes. Remember to shoot for 60 reps of abs and 20 reps of back extensions.
