Day 017 - Start out easy

4-mile run        Training via ActiveMail

RUN FOUR MILES: Run the first three miles at an easy pace and the last mile faster. It's always better to start out slowly for the first 10 minutes. This gives you a chance to warm up. Then you can pick it up to a steady pace for the rest of the run.
