Day 005 - Wicking fabrics

RUN FOUR TO FIVE MILES WITH AT LEAST TWO 2-MINUTE HILLS: Your running shirts and shorts should be made of wicking materials such as Coolmax, Dri-Fit, or Dri-Release. They keep you cooler, drier and more comfortable than cotton in both cold and warm weather. Check the label! Remember that you can simulate hills on a treadmill (5-6% grade) or by picking up the pace on the flats.
