Day 001 - A sense of pace

RUN THREE FLAT MILES AND TIME YOUR RUN: Welcome to your easy 12K training program! In just six weeks, you'll be ready to run the 12K Bloomsday race (about 7.5 miles)! For today's workout, jog for three miles on a measured course or track. Most tracks are 400 meters around, which means you'll need to run 12 laps of the track to get in your three miles.
