Day 009 - Run facing traffic

TODAY, RUN FOR 25 MINUTES AT 60% MHR: There's one rule that applies no matter where you live: always try to run on the left side of the roadway, facing traffic, except in those cases where to do so is dangerous. For example, on an embankment that extends through a blind curve, you could be struck by an oncoming car because there is no safe space for you to escape to. In this case you're better off running with traffic rather than against it.
