Day 070 - Run

65-90 minute fartlett/tempo run.        Training via ActiveMail

Today you need to run between 65 and 90 minutes in which you run 9 minutes at medium intensity and then run 1 minute at high intensity. Medium intensity is slower than tempo pace but faster than PSuePace. This is your last hard tempo run so make it a good one.
