Today is an active rest day. Once again I remind you, if you feel like doing nothing today, do nothing. Too much rest is far less significant than not enough rest. When you really don't want to do anything, your body is probably trying to tell you something. If you've worked this hard, you don't have to worry that the real you is a lazy bum just waiting for an opportunity to escape. You are at the point that you will not be able to recover from over training, so you really need to err on the side of caution. Overtraining, always stupid, is a really bad idea now.
