Day 005 - Easy Run Day

Slow run 5-7 miles        Training via ActiveMail

Same as yesterday. Run 5-7 miles at an easy pace, otherwise known as PSuePace That means you should be able to carry on a conversation easily. After your run, do some light stretching and 100 sit-ups. You may be sore today; especially your calves. If so, feel free to take an active rest day, and if you are really beat up, take a day off.
