Day 040 - Power 400s

6 x 400-meter power intervals        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, RUN 6 400-METER POWER INTERVALS: Another day at the track. As always, warm up thoroughly. Then run six 400s with a 3-minute jog/walk after each rep. Do these 400s at your 5K pace minus 10 seconds (that is, 10 seconds faster). Finish with a cool-down jog and a good stretch.
