Day 028 - Get ready to blast

8 x 30-second power hill repeats        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, RUN 8 30-SECOND POWER HILL REPEATS: Go back to your 8% hill. Warm up, then run up the hill for 30 seconds. Jog/walk back down the hill for 2 minutes to recover. Do a total of 8 reps. After this session you'll be ready to blast a 5K.
