Day 026 - Avoid concrete

6-mile run with 18 minutes of tempo        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, RUN FOR 6 MILES, INCLUDING 18 MINUTES AT YOUR TEMPO PACE: Your first 2 miles should be a warm-up, and your last 1-2 miles should be a cool-down. Try to run on dirt or rubberized bike paths. They are easier on your feet and legs. Avoid concrete (sidewalks).
