Day 018 - Emphasize the upper body

R and R: 30-minute run + weights or cross-train 30 minutes + weights        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY'S A DAY FOR SOME R & R: Run or cross-train for 30 minutes, then lift some weights.. Your weight-training program should emphasize the upper body. Perform 3 sets of 8 reps with fairly heavy weights for each muscle group. Remember to work with a trainer if you're not sure how heavy your weights should be.
