TODAY, RUN 6 MILES, INCLUDING 15 MINUTES AT YOUR TEMPO PACE: Do your 15-minute tempo run at your 10K pace. Studies have shown that you'll get a better training effect by running at your actual 10K pace instead of 10-15 seconds slower (as many trainers recommend).
