Day 001 - Aerobic 5-mile run

TODAY, RUN 5 MILES: This is an advanced 8-week program to train experienced runners for a fast 5K. To follow this program, you should already have done at least 8 weeks of running, including 1 day per week of speed/interval work and 2 days of strength training. You should also know your 10K pace.
