Day 041 - Pre-race prep

IT'S ANOTHER REST DAY: It's the day before race day! Continue to visualize the event. See yourself pass the other runners, including the friend you challenged yesterday! Remember to figure out your splits for each mile. They should be equal; your first mile shouldn't be faster than your second mile. Knowing your goal splits will help stay on pace tomorrow. Save time and stress: get your gear ready for tomorrow. Lay out your running outfit, your shoes, your race # with safety pins, etc. Get to bed early tonight. Tomorrow you'll need time to park, warm up for 15 minutes, use the port-o-lets, etc., so plan to arrive good and early.
