FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, RUN UP TO 2 MILES: To replace the fluids you lose gradually throughout the day, even in cool weather, you should drink 4-6 ounces every waking hour. Include some dilute electrolyte beverages such as orange, grapefruit, or tomato juice, or a commercial energy drink.
