FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, RUN UP TO 2 MILES: In both daily runs and long runs, go 1 1/2 to 2 minutes slower than your CURRENT 10K race pace. Even if you feel comfortable at a faster pace, slow down and learn to enjoy the slower running. This gives you the rest you need to run faster in races.
