Day 016 - Go barefoot

FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, RUN 5-6 MILES: A level surface is normally best for form work, but use any even surface that feels good. Running barefoot on a golf course or beach allows for the best biofeedback, but if you do this, you must start very slowly. Too much barefoot running too soon can cause injuries.
