FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, RUN FOR 20-30 MINUTES: If you feel that you've recovered from your 5K race, you should run 1 to 3 miles at your marathon goal pace of 9 minutes, 9.6 seconds per mile. Jog slowly between each mile.
