Day 015 - Get mixed up

FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, WALK OR CROSS-TRAIN 40 MINUTES: For the first few weeks, don't do the same activity on every cross-training day -- mix it up. This will make the cross-training exercises more fun, and reduce your chance of injury from overtraining in any one activity.
