Day 059 - Keep evaluating

30-minute walk        Training via ActiveMail

FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, WALK FOR 30 MINUTES: Now that you're into Week 9, it's time to take a look at how the run/walk pattern is going for you. You may still want to keep your pace at 2-3 minutes' walk:1-2 minutes' jog, like it has been since the very beginning. Or you may be comfortable with 3 minutes' walk:2 minutes' run. Advanced beginners can progress to a maximum of 2:2. But don't increase any more than this; that is, in each session, always walk at least as much as you run.
