TODAY, RUN 8-10 MILES: If you feel shoulder tension after a run, you're probably leaning too far forward or back with your head and shoulders. Check yourself in store windows as you run by. If you see that your hips are too far back, shift them forward, take a deep breath, and maintain this forward position.
