Day 060 - Shoe "wear" patterns

TODAY, RUN 8-10 MILES: One way to tell whether your foot is rigid or floppy is to see how your shoes wears. For a rigid foot, the wear pattern will be along the outside of the shoe, particularly on the outside and middle of the forefoot. For a floppy foot, the wear pattern will be a series of spots where the foot pushes; the empty space between them may show little or no wear.
