FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, RUN/WALK FOR 30 MINUTES: Remember, don't try to increase your running pace too dramatically; stick with the run/walk pattern you've already established. Over-exercisers burn out early in their training programs. We want you to see this through, all the way to the marathon and the recovery regimen that follows!
